1st shift  QA/NSIS INSPECTOR TECH III – HOT SIDE 

DEPARTMENT: Quality Control 

LOCATION: Worthington, MN  

SALARY CLASS: Non-Exempt 

SHIFT: 2nd shift-flexible when needed or required 

Saturday work required when scheduled. 

Responsibilities: 

· Perform various quality control functions including but not limited to line inspection, audits. 

· Inspect various product to assure compliance with Company specifications 

· Ensure all company safety guidelines are being followed. 

· Follow all food safety requirements. 

· Work closely with management to achieve production objectives. 

· Ability to identify 

· Other duties as assigned 

Required Skills: 

· Dependable and enthusiastic 

· Leadership skills 

· Good people skills, ability to work well with others 

· High School Diploma or GED required 

· Be able to communicate written and verbally in English 

· Attention to detail 

· Good math skills 

· Ability to follow instructions 

· Physically capable of performing line work 

· Good attendance record (Less than 2 points, for internal candidates) 

· Self-starter 

· Bilingual preferred but not required

Working Conditions: 

· Production and maintenance settings 

· Exposure to various chemicals, machinery, and knives 

· Slippery floors, hot temperatures, and loud ambient noise

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:   

• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;   
• Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;   
• 401(k):company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;    
• Base hourly salary range: $21.00-$23.00
