Typical transactions are complex and structured requiring detailed analysis of economic, legal, accounting, regulatory and tax issues as well as asset and credit evaluation including the modeling of leases and loans. Qualifications Candidate will possess: Oral and written communications skills enabling effective interaction with internal and external constituents of all levels. Strong attention to detail – candidate will be responsible for initial pricing, and internal processes as they relate to closing transactions. Ability to work independently to meet deadlines and initiate ideas with other members of the AFG team. The candidate will be expected to gain familiarity with Citigroup specific metrics, processes and policies such as return on risk capital, return on basel capital, etc. and approval process framework.
