Overview We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated Business Analyst to join a 2-year rotational program. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate who desires growth in the asset management industry and aims to build project management skills with exposure to asset management, technology, and vendor partnerships. Reporting to the Operational Project Management Lead, the Business Analyst will collaborate with multiple teams across functions such as investment, sales and client servicing, marketing, product development, IT, operations, legal and compliance, and finance. The position includes leading small workstreams, driving reporting initiatives, and assisting with vendor and stakeholder coordination. Over time, the program provides opportunities to advance or transition into a specific area within the firm. Base pay & compensation Base pay range: $67,000.00/yr - $77,000.00/yr. Essential responsibilities Project Support & Coordination: Assist in managing a wide range of projects across operations, technology, marketing, distribution/client service, legal, and investment functions; track timelines, deliverables, and action items; support facilitation and capture critical decisions and actions. Presentation & Reporting: Create and maintain detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards; identify opportunities for process and visualization improvements; compile data from multiple systems for executive decision-making; ensure accuracy and consistency in materials. Committee & Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate with internal stakeholders for committees and meetings; manage follow-ups, documentation, and logistics. Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage third-party relationships; maintain documentation and regular communication with vendor partners. Systems & Process Support: Learn and navigate operational, legal/compliance systems; support user adoption and process improvements. Other Duties: Perform other duties and/or projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong interest in asset management, financial services, or business operations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for collaboration across levels. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficient with data manipulation and visualization tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI). Ability to manage multiple priorities; quick learner of workflow systems; highly organized and detail-oriented. Intellectual curiosity about PPM’s processes and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field. Internship experience in financial services preferred.
