Job Title – Camera & Surveillance Technician / Foreman

Location – Midland, TX (Onsite / Field-based)

Role Type – Direct Hire

Must Have Skills:

  • 3–5 years’ experience installing and maintaining camera and surveillance systems (industrial or oilfield environments preferred)
  • Strong understanding of networked camera systems and related software analytics (AI-enabled systems a plus)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead small field teams
  • High attention to detail for accurate data recording, configuration documentation, and project tracking
  • Valid driver’s license, clean MVR, and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities and Job Details:

  • Independently lead field-based surveillance system projects from setup to final configuration
  • Oversee small field teams of 2–3 technicians or subcontractors per job
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain advanced AI-powered camera and analytics systems such as Clean Connect, Kuva, and others
  • Maintain detailed records of installation data, configuration settings, and ongoing project documentation
  • Coordinate with project leadership to ensure timely execution and quality assurance
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system or network issues in the field
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols during all site activities
  • Monitor equipment performance and suggest system improvements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact during field operations
  • Work local projects with minimal travel and consistent home return
  • Begin daily operations at 7:00 AM with flexibility based on project demands
  • Contribute to a growing division with opportunities for advancement and leadership development
