Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Responsibilities Sustain, improve, and develop Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes in a volume manufacturing facility. Lead a team of highly motivated and experienced CMP process technicians to sustain 24/7 manufacturing operations with integrity and mutual respect. Partner with operations, equipment engineering support, integration and R&D to deliver products on time to customer specification. Interface with global counterparts to benchmark and improve Chemical Mechanical Planarization processes and procedures company wide. Create and/or modify operations specifications. Job requirements A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering. 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the semiconductor industry. Must have direct CMP experience. A proven track record of leading critical projects that resulted in tangible process improvements. Exceptional communication and leadership abilities. A solid understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and Statistical Process Control (SPC) for maintaining process mastery.
