We're on the hunt for an organized, detail-loving Admin Assistant to help keep our CLI Transport terminals running smooth!


The ideal candidate can reside in or around Durham and/or Goldsboro, NC.

This role supports our terminal operations by keeping all the moving parts in order - whether it's managing schedules, tracking maintenance logs, or making sure the right supplies are on deck. You'll handle day-to-day tasks like paperwork, payroll prep, meeting notes, and more.

OVERVIEW

Provide administration support to the assigned Terminal Manager(s) of CLI Transport, LP and make limited decisions in the absence of the Terminal Manager.


RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)

1. Perform day to day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, processing paperwork and ordering Terminal and Office supplies.
2. Develop and maintain various schedules and calendars as well as scheduling and confirming appointments and meetings.
3. Compose, type and distribute meeting minutes and reports.
4. Maintain paper and electronic tracking systems for attendance, and various tracking spreadsheets DVIR's equipment maintenance, Vapor testing.
5. Research and gather information needed to assist the Terminal Manager with special projects.
6. Prepare and process, payroll and P-Card receipts, invoicing and fuel tax reports.
7. Coordinate travel arrangements.
8. Serve as a backup, in the absence of the Terminal Manager, for specific limited decisions.

QUALIFICATIONS

(Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• High School Diploma/GED required

Experience

• Minimum 2 years relevant administrative experience required

Licenses/Certifications

• Valid Driver's License

• General office equipment
