Association management company seeking a full-time property manager to work at two different on-site offices in our communities in Englewood, FL. Please do not apply if you are out of state - this position cannot be done remotely. We are a small business with an interesting work environment that is constantly growing and expanding. Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Establish rapport with residents and prospective residents, field community comments, suggestions, and complaints
  • Prepare and distribute resident and community communications (i.e. rule reminders, violation notices, meeting notices, etc.)
  • Complete and maintain community records, reports, and files
  • Know the management contract and perform tasks in accordance with their terms
  • Assist the Board with obtaining bids from qualified/approved vendors
  • Coordinate with the Board to manage the finances of the association
  • Handle all Association correspondence.
  • Attend Annual & regularly scheduled Board meetings
  • Review Work Orders and make recommendations for repetitive problems or reoccurrences
  • Manage post-hurricane damage, insurance claims, etc.
  • Proactively handle State Statute requirements and upcoming changes

Requirements:

As a Property Manager, you must be pleasant, professional and well-spoken. You must also be highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and associations simultaneously. It is also important you display excellent interpersonal abilities, with both verbal and written communication. You must also have diplomatic skills to handle customer complaints effectively.

  • CAM License and experience working with condominium and/or homeowner associations is required
  • Must be experienced with project management and obtaining contractor and vendor bids
  • Must have a take charge approach and he dedicated to the well-being of all of our associations
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent telephone skills
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, independent and a positive attitude
  • Computer proficiency with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite, email, the internet, and complete data entry in a timely and efficient manner (experience with Enumerate or other Association management software a plus)
  • Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace with frequent interruptions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Starting at $65,000.00 per year
