DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) will join Cemplex Group, a division of Compellier out of Oklahoma City, OK - a construction subcontractor serving primarily the multi-family housing and hospitality markets across the central and eastern United States.
The Senior Business Development Manager (SBDM) will be responsible for identifying new prospects and securing product demonstrations through a dedicated, strategic, and focused outbound approach. The SBDM will collaborate closely with the Sales Executive, playing a key role in maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities and ensuring consistent momentum in the sales funnel. The SBDM must be a high-energy, confident, and motivated sales professional with excellent communication and social skills. SBDM should be an organized self-starter willing to call on general contractors and architects both at the office and at project level. All engagement with prospects and customers will be documented clearly in Salesforce, and all future tasks and assignments will be logged in Salesforce as well.
