Job Details for 2nd Shift Data Entry Clerks:

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 3pm - 11pm
• Pay: $19.80/ hr
• Location: Parma, OH

Job Description for 2nd Shift Data Entry Clerks:

• Perform high-speed manual data entry (15,000 KS per hour) and validate automated data extraction and classification.
• Ensure quality control of digitally converted documents by comparing them to original hard copies.
• Process, validate, and reconcile checks, including analyzing accompanying documentation for accuracy.
• Research and resolve check distribution discrepancies according to customer requirements.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy standards while adapting to repetitive tasks and procedural changes.

Job Requirements for 2nd Shift Data Entry Clerks:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience working night shift
• Demonstrated ability with 10-key data entry
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Background in high-speed data entry and document management.
