Position: Data Entry Operator
Location: Eustis, FL.
Department: Manufacturing
Reports to: Plant Manager

Pay: $21.00 to $23.00 (DOE)

Shift: 1st Shift 7 am – 5:00 pm

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING DATA ENTRY.

We are seeking a detail-oriented  Data Entry Operator  to efficiently input, update, and manage data in our systems. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling large amounts of information. This role is crucial for ensuring the integrity and security of company data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and verify data into company databases and systems.
• Review data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and correct them as

needed.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Organize and maintain records in both electronic and physical formats.
• Retrieve and provide requested data to authorized personnel.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity.
• Assist with document management and administrative tasks as required.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and an AS degree is preferred.
• Understanding of Biology, food science, and chemistry is a plus.
• Certifications in data entry or administration are a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data management software.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic data privacy and security standards.
