As a Director of S&O for DoorDash for Business, you will be responsible for defining, executing and optimizing growth initiatives to provide our audiences with an incredible user experience, with an immediate focus on end users and small teams. From creating the right at work experience for DoorDash app users to defining our self-serve marketing funnel, you will work cross-functionally across other teams within strategy & operations, product, engineering, analytics, marketing and many more. You will manage a team of direct and indirect reports and report into the Senior Director and General Manager for DoorDash for Business.
The successful candidates starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employees work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado: $197,200 $290,000 USD.
