Job Description
We are looking to hire both full-time and part-time instructors. As a Driving Instructor, you will play a crucial role in teaching individuals the necessary skills to become safe and responsible drivers. Your ability to effectively communicate and manage a classroom setting will contribute to the success of our students. If you are passionate about education and have a desire to make a positive impact on others, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities:
- Conduct driving lessons for students of various ages and experience levels
- Provide clear and concise instructions on driving techniques and safety rules
- Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment for students
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement
- Develop lesson plans and instructional materials to enhance student learning
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and evaluations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students or in adult education is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong classroom management skills to ensure a productive learning environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations
- Knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
