Advance Work & Risk Assessment: Conduct site reconnaissance, route planning, and security evaluations to identify vulnerabilities and establish comprehensive protection strategies before client arrivals. Secure Transportation: Provide safe, discreet, and efficient transportation for clients as needed, ensuring secure travel routes, alternate plans, and real-time adjustments to mitigate risks. Private Event & Estate Security: Oversee security operations at private events, high-profile gatherings, and residential estates, ensuring perimeter security, access control, and smooth event management to protect clients and assets. Access Control & Perimeter Security: Enforce strict access protocols, monitor entry points, and secure designated areas to prevent unauthorized access and ensure a controlled environment. Incident Response & Emergency Management: React swiftly and effectively to security breaches, medical emergencies, or active threats, coordinating with emergency responders and law enforcement as needed. Operational Leadership & Coordination: Manage on-site security operations, venue protection, and secure location transitions. Collaborate with team members, event staff, and external agencies to maintain a seamless security presence. Confidentiality & Professionalism: Maintain strict discretion when handling sensitive client information, ensuring a professional and composed demeanor in all interactions. Required Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in relevant military, law enforcement, executive protection, or personal security roles. Certifications: BSIS Guard Card BSIS Exposed Firearms Permit Concealed Weapons Permit (CCW/LEOSA/HR218) Appropriate Use of Force Powers to Arrest Certification First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification for Adults, Children, and Infants Advanced Certifications: Preferred certifications in executive protection, tactical firearms training, and defensive driving.
