Job Title: Speech and Language Annotator
Location: Boston, MA 02210
Pay Rate: $18/hr to $19/hr.
Duration: 10 months (with possible extension)

About the Role
Committed to enhancing customer interactions through advanced speech and language technology. We are seeking experienced full-time and part-time Speech and Language Annotators to support this mission by transcribing and annotating speech data.
You will work under the direction of the Annotation Program Manager and be expected to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
Perform hands-on transcription and annotation of speech data.
Apply established guidelines to daily work tasks.
Collaborate with management on workload scheduling and deliverables.

Basic Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Native speaker in one of the following languages: Canadian French, French, Dutch, Hindi, Japanese, Arabic.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior transcription experience.
Prior annotation experience.
