Job Description

Curative AI, Inc. is seeking a skilled and experienced Front-end Software Developer to join our rapidly growing company and play a key role in building and enhancing the user interface for our AI-powered healthcare services. You will be responsible for translating designs and user stories into high-quality, performant, and maintainable code, contributing directly to the user experience of our groundbreaking product which will transform healthcare management and make a real difference in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain user-facing features for our platform using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript, Next.js)
  • Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, data scientists, and product managers to translate requirements into functional and engaging user interfaces
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code with comprehensive unit and integration tests
  • Implement responsive designs that adapt seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes, optimized for workflows
  • Create accessible interfaces that comply with healthcare industry standards and WCAG guidelines
  • Optimize application performance for speed and scalability, especially for data-intensive analytics
  • Develop reusable component libraries that maintain consistency across the platform
  • Integrate front-end applications with RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints that interact with our AI/ML models
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes
  • Stay up to date with the latest front-end technologies and technology trends
  • Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the front-end codebase
  • Work in an Agile development environment with cross-functional teams
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues in our interfaces

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience as a Front-end Developer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, particularly with data-intensive applications
  • Currently able to work hybrid on-site a minimum of three days at our Bellevue location
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+) with TypeScript experience
  • Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js). Advanced experience with React ecosystem (React Query, React Hook Form) is strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of state management concepts and tools
  • Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
  • Proficiency with modern CSS approaches
  • Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL
  • Familiarity with data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, Recharts)
  • Experience with Jest, React Testing Library, and Cypress for frontend testing
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaboration platforms (GitHub, GitLab)
  • Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques for data-heavy applications
  • Knowledge of web security best practices and HIPAA compliance requirements for healthcare applications is highly desirable
  • Experience with AI/ML integration in front-end applications, particularly for predictive analytics
  • Knowledge of implementing user interfaces for natural language processing applications
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for building user-friendly, accessible, and secure applications
  • Experience working in the healthcare domain or with healthcare revenue cycle data is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts and experience visualizing machine learning outputs
