Position Type: Hourly Full-Time

Salary Range: $23.00 - $25.00

Primary Duties/Responsibilities


  • Collaborate with management to identify hiring needs and assist in creating strategies to attract, hire, and retain employees.
  • Create and publish employment opportunities, interview candidates, and develop community hiring relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.
  • Assist the Sr. Director of Recruiting in establishing Key Performance Indicators, including hiring and fulfillment timelines.
  • Research and identify new candidates through external job postings, resume databases, professional networking, and referrals.
  • Maintain a positive employer reputation on social media platforms such as Glassdoor and LinkedIn.
  • Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
