Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, committed to connecting skilled professionals with meaningful career opportunities. We are looking for a Windows 11 Rollout Technician for a timeshare and vacation ownership company managing resorts across the United States. Reliable transportation and a clean DMV record are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Responsibilities:

• Deployment Support: Build out and pre-check Windows 11 devices.
• Installation: Assist with the installation and configuration of Windows 11 on desktops, laptops, and other devices.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the Windows 11 upgrade.
• User Support: Provide technical support to end-users during and after the rollout process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of deployment activities and issues encountered.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users on new features and functionalities of Windows 11.
• Collaboration: Work with the IT team to develop and implement rollout strategies and schedules.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in IT support, particularly in operating system deployments and upgrades.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, hardware troubleshooting, and software installation.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Client) are a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) or similar deployment tools like SmartDeploy .
• Familiarity with enterprise-level IT environments and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
