We dont want to look like every other fintech company, and we dont want end users hating the time they spend in our app.We have two main products: our core platform that serves construction businesses, and our white-label UX offering used by some of the worlds biggest names in card issuing.What Youll DoYoull own everything visual at Outpave, from brand to user experience - its all you (and me, if you need backup). Youll do things like: Own design across product + brand Build and maintain a usable Figma system Design responsive fintech UI (cards, payments, dashboards, all that fun stuff) Create original, unique, beautiful marketing assets Work directly with engineers, not toss tickets into a black hole What You Need to Have: 3-5 years doing real product design Figma mastery (auto-layout, variables, high fidelity prototyping, all the real stuff) Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (rarely used, but sometimes necessary) Know what React and Tailwind are (no need to code - but know what they are) A portfolio that proves you actually ship designHow to Score Bonus Points: Motion chops (Lottie, After Effects, etc.) Experience in startup, fintech, or SaaS environments Wed like you to be local here in DFW but are open to remote employees.What Youll Get: Competitive salary Corporate bonus plan Equity in a growing start-up 401K Match (4%) The pleasure of hanging out with the coolest people in fintech.
