Job Title: Bilingual Medical Receptionist

Location: Orange, CA and Tustin, CA

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm)

Responsibilities:

• Be the welcoming smile that greets and assists patients as they arrive.

• Collect copays and other payments with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Verify patient insurance information and ensure everything is accurate.

• Obtain necessary authorizations for procedures and treatments.

• Schedule and confirm patient appointments, keeping our calendar organized.

• Assist with various administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of patient care and office efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• Proficient in collecting copays and verifying insurance.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
