About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team at Arie Plumbing in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our office staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records
• Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and emails
• Assist with billing and invoicing tasks
• New sales

Requirements:

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
