Responsibilities:
The purpose of the Office Assistant / Receptionist is to support various clerical tasks and ensure the smooth operation of ALC Environmental office, including answering phone calls, managing mail, filing documents, assist with office supplies, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative assistance as needed. Office Assistant / Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries within the office and is responsible for:

Expected Compensation Range: $45K to $55K per year depending on qualifications and experience.
