Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, professional individual with previous office and computer experience. Must be punctual, dependable, can multi-task, detail oriented, excellent proofreader, willing to learn with a pleasant demeanor and great phone etiquette.
Experience with “Xactimate” estimating program is a huge plus. Quickbooks experience, Construction industry knowledge and Spanish speaking also a plus.
Duties will include, but not limited to, answering incoming calls, mail distribution, checking main email and responding or routing to appropriate person, Sending contracts, invoices, other miscellaneous correspondence. Setting up job files for project managers, detailed reporting on job progress into the online job track program, as week as adding notes to online reporting system. Assisting with receivables, ordering office supplies and other duties as directed by management
