Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and motivated
mental health therapist to join our outpatient private practice team. As an insurance-based social work organization, we understand the importance of providing high-quality care to individuals and families in need. Responsibilities :
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Collaborate with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress
- Participate in case reviews and team meetings
- Adhere to all licensing standards
Requirements :
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field
- Active licensure as a LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a behavioral health setting
- Strong clinical skills, including experience conducting assessments and providing therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Commitment to cultural competence and an inclusive workplace

Schedule :
- Part Time Flexible Schedule (10 client hours per week)
- Evenings and/or Weekends
