Responsibilities: Ad Creative Development : Design performance-focused ad creatives, including static and video assets, tailored for paid social platforms. Performance-Driven Iterations : Optimize creatives using performance metrics (CTR, CPM, CPA) to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with campaign goals. Collaboration : Work closely with growth managers, creative leads, and clients to understand brand guidelines, messaging, and campaign objectives.
