We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to take charge of our pharmacy partnerships and ensure seamless operations.

We need an experienced pharmacy technician who knows the industry inside and out—someone who can build and maintain strong pharmacy relationships, negotiate pricing like a pro, and troubleshoot issues before they become problems.

What You’ll Do

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our partnered pharmacy.
• Document pharmacy details and negotiate pricing agreements.
• Aid and provide insights to the account management team when dealing with client orders
• Provide critical pharmacy pricing and shortage insights to the sales and ops team.
• Resolve pharmacy-related issues, from incorrect orders to damaged shipments.
• Troubleshoot above to prevent reoccurrence
• Identify and introduce cutting-edge pharmaceutical technologies or formulations to the sales and account management team
• Verify and correct discrepancies in invoices to assist accounting and ops leaders

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• Tickets Completed – Efficient resolution of pharmacy-related tasks.
• Seamless Pharmacy Operations – Ensuring our partnerships run smoothly with minimal friction.

How You’ll Execute

• Process assigned pharmacy-related tickets with precision and urgency.
• Keep meticulously updated records of pharmacy documentation and pricing.
• Tackle pharmacy-related issues head-on and resolve them quickly.
• Tackle shipping policies and inconsistencies
• Keep management and sales teams informed on the latest pharmaceutical advancements.

What You Bring

• Pharmacy Technician Certification with 5+ years of experience in the industry. Compounding 503 B and mail order preferred
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• A deep understanding of pharmacy operations, pricing structures, and vendor management.
• Sharp negotiation skills and an ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
