Job Title: Printer Repair Technician

Location: Buffalo Grove, IL

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and service various printers, from mobile/handheld to large formats.
• Troubleshoot customer complaints, conduct basic mechanical repairs, and perform hand soldering.
• Record work performed using symptom codes and document parts replaced.
• Follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Contribute to process improvement and standardization efforts.
• Resolve basic problems under direct supervision.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational qualification.
• Experience with soldering is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to instructions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good attendance and positive attitude.
• Basic computer skills and compliance with safety regulations.
• Capable of physical tasks, including standing for extended periods and performing bending and scooping activities.
