Job Description What you get to do in this role This position plays a key role in helping to shape, execute and scale ServiceNow's rotational development program for early-in-career finance professionals. This role combines strategic leadership, talent development, and financial expertise to build the next generation of finance leaders. Program Development and Management Design and maintain a structured rotation program across key finance functions including Strategic Finance, Accounting, GTM Finance, Corporate Development, Treasury, Tax, Strategic Sourcing & Procurement, Finance Product, and Internal Audit Establish clear learning objectives, milestones, and success metrics for each rotation Support curriculum development and training materials to advance participants' professional development Create and maintain partnerships with function leaders to ensure meaningful rotation experiences Regular evaluation and optimization of program effectiveness Talent Management Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on the selection and recruitment process for program participants Provide mentorship and career guidance to program participants Develop an inclusive culture across the program Design and implement assessment frameworks to evaluate participant progress Facilitate seamless transitions between rotations Create individual development plans aligned with participants' career goals Host Manager Coaching Coach and guide host managers on best practices in developing early-in-career talent Onboard and train new host managers on program expectations and outcomes Stakeholder Management Partner with the People team to align program with broader organizational talent strategies Collaborate with finance leadership to identify strategic projects and opportunities Build relationships with finance leadership to ensure program success Regular reporting to executive leadership on program outcomes and ROI Strategic Leadership Align program objectives with organizational strategy and future capability needs Identify emerging finance skills and competencies needed in the organization Drive innovation in program design and delivery methods Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 10+ years of experience within program management, talent development, learning & development, or similar disciplines. Early-in-career talent management preferred. Strong understanding of finance principles and practices across various functions (Accounting, Strategic Finance, etc.) Proven experience in early-in-career talent development and mentorship Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Previous experience managing a team of people Experience in designing and delivering training programs Master’s degree in finance or related field preferred JV20 Not sure if you meet every qualification? For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $189,100 - $331,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
