About the job Remote Tourism Coordinator

• Consult with clients via phone, email to understand their travel desires, preferences, and requirements.
• Design customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation, while keeping clients' budgets and time constraints in mind.
• Research and collaborate with various travel partners, hotels, tour operators, and local experts to curate unique and authentic experiences.
• Stay up-to-date with travel industry trends, destinations, and visa requirements to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
• Handle client inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• Assist clients with booking and payment processes, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience.
• Applicant should have positive attitude and be coachable

• No experience required
• Must have computer and/or cell phone
• Comfortable working independently
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must live in the U.S.
