Job Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented  Senior Technology Equity Analyst to join our investment team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with expertise in the technology industry, specifically AI and Crypto. We are seeking someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to contribute beyond a single role or task. The successful candidate will help lead a 10-person team across multiple departments, ensuring investment strategies align with company objectives while achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive equity research and due diligence on publicly traded technology companies.
  • Develop and maintain financial models for stock valuation, earnings forecasts, and risk metrics.
  • Perform industry and sector analysis to identify investment trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare detailed research reports and investment recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage a 10-person team, managing workflow, meeting KPIs, and ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Manage portfolio notes and coordinate portfolio meetings with thorough follow-ups.
  • Monitor and evaluate equity investments, recommending optimization strategies.
  • Evaluate prospective investments using DCF, comparable analysis, and historical fundamental scrutiny.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers and senior executives on equity investment strategies.
  • Stay current with macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments impacting equity investments.
  • Assist in preparing investment presentations, pitch decks, and risk assessments.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
  • 4-6 years of experience in equity analysis, investment research, or asset management.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills.
  • Expert-level knowledge of technology stocks.
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to communicate complex financial data clearly.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
