*Social Worker (PRN) – Behavioral Health – Psychiatry*

*Responsibilities:*

*Horizon Health *seeks a *PRN Social Worker* to work on the inpatient geriatric psychiatry unit at Great Plains Regional Medical Center in *Elk City, OK*.

Responsibilities include assessments, unit management, treatment planning and discharge planning, as well as group, individual and family treatment. Participates in referral development processes and activities as requested.

*Requirements:*

A Master’s Degree from an accredited college with a major in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or similar field. Must have a valid state license in Social Work as required by the state in which the Social Worker will be providing services; or able to get licensed. Must be an LMSW. Minimum one year internship or experience in a similar position and/or industry.
