Role specifics and benefits: As the contracted Occupational Therapist, your duties will include comprehensive evaluations, development of individualized treatment plans, and implementation of therapeutic activities to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, and cognitive function. You’ll provide patient and caregiver education, referrals, and discharge planning, collaborating closely with therapists, physicians, and nurses to ensure seamless care transitions.
