Job Details

• Effective Immediately, you MUST include your AGENCY Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency License (Nursing Pool) license up front with all Berkshire Health System nursing submissions. This license is required by the state of MA in order to staff for temporary needs.
• Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED!! NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).
• Traveler must be willing to work MEMORIAL DAY AND WEEKEND BEFORE.
• Unit Size: 8 beds
• Dress Code: Facility-Provided Scrubs
• 8hrs non-billable orientation
• Holiday and OT Multipliers - 1.25% Call, Call-Back: 4$/hr, 1.25%

Job Requirements

• 2 years current OR experience
• Scrub experience preferred. Those RN's with circulate and scrub experience will receive first consideration
• General, Ortho, Neuro, Urology, Vascular and Bariatric Surgical experience required
• Meditech Expanse experience strongly preferred
• Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle. This is a firm requirement.
• Profile Requirements: Work History, Skills Checklist (pertinent to position), current to 1 year, 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment), License/Certifications - Must be uploaded with profile
