WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• A  top-notch trusts and estates attorney with 3+ years of experience in estate planning and administration, who loves working directly with clients.
• Someone who thrives in a more personalized environment and can handle complex legal matters for high-net-worth clients with minimal supervision.
• A lawyer who is self-sufficient and dependable, appreciates the details, is tech-savvy, marketing-oriented, and eager to take on significant responsibility in shaping estate strategies for affluent families.

$140,000 - $180,000 yearly

• Collaborate with clients and other team members to move matters toward resolution efficiently 
• Contemporaneously memorialize discussions and decisions, and record your time, in our electronic case management system
• Draft a high-quality, timely work product (correspondence, estate planning documents with customized provisions, court petitions, strategy recommendations, settlement agreements, etc.) 
• Prepare for and lead meetings with clients and their advisors 
• Represent clients at hearings and other legal proceedings 
• Review client issues on legal matters, analyze available options, and diligently work to determine the best course of action 
• Delegate work to paralegals and legal assistants and monitor/review their work 

• Must have worked on estate planning and probate law issues for at least 1-2 years
• 4-year degree with a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position
• Candidates should be great communicators, specifically in situations when emotions and stress are high
