Roles & Responsibilities

• Extensive experience as a UI developer with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating advanced skills in theme development.
• Seasoned leading the design, development, and implementation of sophisticated software solutions, translating complex UI/UX designs into performant, scalable, and reusable code.
• Fluent overseeing the Agile software development life cycle, managing design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment stages, while ensuring adherence to quality and timeline commitments.
• Experienced leading the optimization of applications for speed, scalability, security, and user experience, implementing industry best practices in code health, testing, and maintainability.
• Proficiency in front-end development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), Typescript and jQuery.
• In-depth experience with creating and customizing themes across various technologies such as Drupal, PHP, .NET, React.
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue.js, and workflows such as redux and flux.
• Experience in architecting and implementing RESTful APIs, web services, micro frontend, and other modern patterns.
• In depth knowledge and experience using source control tools like GIT and Bit Bucket.
• Proficiency with visual design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop Illustrators, Sketch, Figma, and UI frameworks.
• Understanding of SEO principles, cross-browser compatibility issues, and familiarity with server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
• Extensive experience working with development tools, such as Babel, web pack, npm, yarn, and others.
• Proven leadership skills, with the ability to oversee a team of developers and designers, manage complex projects, and drive technological innovation.
• Solid understanding of performance testing frameworks, including Mocha & Jest, and accessibility testing tools like axe or Lighthouse.
• Extensive experience and understanding in developing and supporting AAA, AA, or section 508 compliant applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 7 years of experience in software development.
• 3+ of the 7 years in Cloud Application Development.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
