Senior Account Clerk

FT position, 12M position. Applicants must
meet minimum civil service requirements.
Salary: $31,372 prorated.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Clerk to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing advanced accounting and clerical tasks, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting the overall accounting functions. Duties include processing invoices, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and maintaining ledgers. You will also assist with audits, budgeting, and payroll processing while ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a solid understanding of financial principles. A high level of accuracy, efficiency, and organizational ability is essential. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are also required to liaise with internal departments and external vendors.
