We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a world-class engineering team supporting mission-critical systems in a fast-moving, data-driven environment. This role blends deep software engineering expertise with a passion for operational excellence, scalability, and automation. As an SRE, you’ll build the infrastructure and tools that ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of systems powering real-time decision-making and investment strategies. You’ll work directly with developers, investment teams, and infrastructure specialists to improve system reliability and to embed the SRE mindset across the engineering organization. What You’ll Do Ensure reliability and high availability of production systems through monitoring, automation, and continuous improvement. Drive incident response, root cause analysis, and long-term solutions to production issues. Partner with engineering teams from the earliest stages of the development lifecycle to influence application architecture for resilience and scalability. Build and maintain automation frameworks and tools to reduce manual toil and improve system efficiency. Own and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and release engineering processes. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand the full system landscape and prioritize improvements based on business impact. Champion the SRE mindset and best practices across the organization. What We’re Looking For Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python preferred; Go, C++, or Java are also valuable). Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. Deep familiarity with Linux systems, networking concepts, and cloud or on-prem infrastructure. Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and performance tuning in production environments. Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Terraform, Ansible). Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance analysis skills. Experience with SQL and database technologies is a plus. Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a drive to continuously improve systems and processes.
