[Job Summary] We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Overseas Sales & Partnership Manager to drive international business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in developing and managing international sales, procurement, and partnerships within the defense industry. [Responsibilities] Sales & Business Development Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets, focusing on defense and security sectors. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, government agencies, and international partners. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals. Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions. Source and evaluate international suppliers for critical components and materials. Negotiate favorable contracts and ensure timely delivery of procured goods. Manage international logistics and customs clearance processes. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Identify and establish strategic partnerships with international companies and organizations. Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Foster collaborative relationships with partners to drive joint business development initiatives. Manage technology transfers with partner companies. Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in international markets. Provide regular reports and analysis on market conditions and sales performance. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all relevant export control regulations and international trade laws. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with international business activities. Manage ITAR and other export control regulations. [Qualifications] Bachelor's degree in ME, AE, EE or Business Administration Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas sales, procurement, or partnership development within the defense industry. Strong technical understanding of UAS, AI, and defense technologies. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful partnerships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential; additional language skills are highly desirable. Ability to travel internationally as required. Strong understanding of international trade laws and export control regulations. Experience in dealing with international government agencies.
